We're really pleased with our new shutters, they look amazing! Frank fitted them efficiently and did an amazing job on our quirky triangular bay window, which was the one that worried  me. The initial visit from Frank was informative and thorough, he definitely knows his stuff. I can’t thank Frank at Pinnacle Shutters enough! I am so happy with my new shutters. Frank has been very professional, from the quoting stage through to installation. We’ve just had them installed today and to say we are happy is an understatement! Frank is a lovely, kind and respectful chap and his installs are second to none! Absolutely excellent quality, well presented and easy to function, Frank was very knowledgeable and professional, he did make it clear to me before committing to go ahead that he would need 2-3 months to order the parts and make it all to measure to my specifications, his timing was on point and while carrying out the work he had it all installed very quickly. Frank was happy to give me his personal opinion on designs and colours when I asked him and also provided some minor spare parts if I ever needed after the work was completed. highly recommended! I did pay alot of money but from what I researched the price was very adequate although the quality and work carried out was absolutely top notch! Thankyou Frank! We had shutters and blackout blinds installed in our house by Frank. Great quality shutters. Competitive pricing . Frank was extremely professional, friendly and did a brilliant job. Great attention to detail . Leaves the work area very clean after finishing. One of our black out blinds strings became loose . I called Frank , he answered straightaway and came round and fixed the issue within few days . We were very pleased with the quality of the products and the quality of the service provided by Frank.
